"Nurturing like a small College with the Quality of a big University."

Nurturing like a small College:

As a member of our community, you will learn in a non-competitive, friendly environment, in small classes. Beyond the classroom experience, you will have the opportunity to extend and apply your knowledge by working on research projects, or by becoming an intern in one of many local companies. If you are intrigued by logical puzzles and mathematical games, you will join us for weekly tea and cookies. If you like a challenge, you can join the Math Club and participate in the Putnam Competition, a national mathematics competition for college students. We have numerous students involved in the Computer Gaming Club.

The Quality of a big University:

As a student in our Mathematics and/or Computer Science programs, you learn from internationally known researchers who are also dedicated teachers. The faculty is up to date in what's happening in their fields and can get you prepared for industry or graduate school. A variety of courses in pure and applied mathematics, as well as in theoretical and applied computer science, provide the necessary foundation and practical knowledge that will enable you upon graduation to pursue advanced degrees, or a career in the financial, insurance or industrial sectors.
