On 2 Oct 1710 when James was 26, he married Hannah Allen, daughter of Daniel Allen (22 May 1663-ca 1717) & Bathshua Hoxie (10 Oct 1665-), in Scituate, MA.85 “2d October 1710 James Barker of Duxburry and hannah wanton liveing at a place Called drinkâwater in the County of plymouth were Joyned together in marriage at Scituate. [signed] John Cushing Justice of peace”. Born on 2 Jun 1688 in Sandwich, MA. Hannah died aft 16 Sep 1742.
