Benjamin was representative 1691 at Plymouth, and after the union with Massachusetts in Boston 1693, 94, and 1700.27 He resided at “Bald Hill.”

On 15 Aug 1665 Benjamin married Bethia Hawke (6593) , daughter of Matthew Hawke (2689) (ca 1610-11 Dec 1684) & Margaret [Hawke] (-18 Mar 1684), in Hingham, MA.50 Born ca 1643 in Hingham, MA. Bethia was baptized in Hingham, MA, on 21 Jan 1643/4.50

In 1673 Cornet Stetson deeded to his son Thomas a river farm next south of his own, and north of the Bald Hill farm which he deeded the following year to his son, Capt. Benjamin.47

ca 1669 Eunice married Timothy Rogers (6899) , son of John Rogers (2737) (ca 1595-3 Feb 1661) & Frances [Rogers] (-1687). Born on 28 Apr 1650 in Scituate, MA.27 Timothy was baptized on 19 May 1650.27 Timothy died in 1728 in Marshfield, MA.65 Occupation: Taylor.

    Timothy Rogers was admitted a townsman of Marshfield Feb’y 14, 1664/5; witnessed a Friend's marriage certificate in 1678; was freed from bearing arms on account of lameness in 1681; administered upon the estate of Nathaniel Parker in 1690; is mentioned in the laying out of a road (apparently near Rogers Brook) in 1692; and on March 29, 1699, gave to his son, John Rogers^3 of Marshfield, “Land in Marshfield where I now dwell, about 40 acres, bounded by land of my brother, Joseph Rogers,” &c. B. IV, p. 50.
    Apparently the line between his land and that of his brother, Joseph, was the line between Marshfield and Duxbury.
    The will of Timothy Rogers of Marshfield, “Taylor,” d. Mar. 24, 1724/5, p. Aug. 5, 1728, mentions sons, Samuel and John; daughter, Bethiah Rogers, then unmarried and living with him; and daughters, Hannah Torrey, Eunice Witherel, Mary Carver, and Hannah Lapham; granddaughter, Judith Rogers, wife of Joseph Rogers ; son-in-law, William Torrey; and son, Timothy, to whom he gives the bulk of his property, and whom he makes executor of his will.

Robert lived in that part which became Pembroke.27

He first did not marry Elizabeth Woodworth (6920) , daughter of Walter Woodworth (2741) (ca 1612-bet 26 Nov 1685 and 25 Feb 1685/6). Born ca 1648 in Scituate, MA. Elizabeth died in 1709 in Duxbury, MA.

Elizabeth was apparently married by 26 Nov 1685 (father's will).18

Evidence for Deborah’s marriage to Robert Stetson had not been found.16
