On 5 May 1770 when Mary was 23, she married Lazarus Bowker (42635) , son of Lazarus Bowker (26 Apr 1718-20 Aug 1798) & Abigail Buck (32197) (20 Oct 1723-16 Jul 1768), in Scituate, MA. Born ca 1743/4 in Scituate, MA. Lazarus was baptized in the Second Church of Scituate, on 11 Mar 1743/4.73 Lazarus died on 26 May 1832 in Scituate, MA.73

Lazarus first married Mary Collier, second Sarah (Merritt) (Vinal) Turner, widow of Benjamin Vinal and Philip Turner.
