ix. Sarah Blanchard Otis, b. 1 Apr 1804;
x. David Tilden Otis, b. 16 Jun 1806; and
vi. Sara Blanchard Otis, b. 18 Mar 1809.
On 17 Nov 1785 when Joanna was 19, she married Dr. Galen Otis (33116) , son of Dr. Isaac Otis (24418) (1 Sep 1719-9 Dec 1787) & Mehitable Bass (37276) (21 Apr 1728-15 Mar 1800), in Boston, MA. Born on 27 Apr 1763 in Bridgewater, MA.223 Galen died in Woolwich, Lincoln Co., ME, on 26 Aug 1836; he was 73.
In 1789 or 1790 he settled in Woolwich, ME.223 He served in the Revolutionary Army.7
